Your project deserves a PM who's lived the work.
Trade-grounded construction project management for franchise rollouts, tenant improvements, and commercial buildouts nationwide. Built from thirteen years on jobsites, run on a documented playbook of 100-200+ milestones customized to your brand and build type, so nothing on your project rides on memory.
Franchisor development team? Start here →A different kind of PM.
Most construction PMs come from the office. I came up through the trades: deep IBEW electrical experience on major commercial and industrial projects, with carpentry, flooring, and other trade work layered on top. That matters to you because when a landlord's broker tells your team the existing service "should be plenty," I know exactly what that sentence is worth, and I know the questions that turn it into a written answer before a lease gets signed.
Here's the part most people miss: I didn't stop at field experience. I trained in engineering management at the University of Michigan, run every engagement on a playbook I documented milestone by milestone, and built my own project management software when nothing off the shelf matched how the work actually happens. The hands came first. The system came from them.
Worked in the Field
Customized to the Brand
Same Playbook.
A complete engagement, structured in phases.
The standard offering is full-scope advisory from candidate-site evaluation through final closeout. Each phase has defined inputs, deliverables, and fees. Standalone phase engagements considered case-by-case.
Rolling out units? Give every franchisee the same playbook.
Your franchisees are signing leases, hiring GCs, and reading bids for the first time in their lives. Every late opening is royalty revenue you never collect, and every buildout horror story travels through your system. I give development teams a standing construction partner they can point franchisees to: the same five phases, the same documented milestones, the same live portal your team can watch, in any market, without adding headcount to your construction department.
I didn't buy my project management software. I built it.
Most PMs carry their method in their head. Mine is written down: a playbook of 100-200+ milestones per project, customized to your brand and build type, covering everything from SBA pre-qualification to the final lien waiver, documented task by task and refined on live projects. When nothing off the shelf ran jobs the way the field actually works, I built Conduit Project Flow to run them my way. Every engagement gets the same sequence, the same documentation discipline, the same visibility. Nothing rides on memory.
Phases
Customized
TI & Ground-Up
Built for franchise rollouts. Suited to more.
The bread and butter is national franchise rollout work in retail and strip-center settings. The same discipline carries into adjacent commercial work where trade fluency and detail discipline matter most.
Franchise Rollouts
Restaurant, retail, QSR, fitness, and service-brand buildouts in strip centers and small-format spaces. Brand standards held. Openings hit.
Tenant Improvements
Change-of-use projects driving electrical, mechanical, or structural upgrades: the shells where surprises live.
Medical & Dental
Clinic and DSO buildouts where the equipment schedule drives the electrical service, and the surprises.
EV Charging
Commercial Level 2 and Level 3, fleet, dealership. Service capacity, utility coordination, load management.
The stuff people learn the expensive way.
Plain writing on what actually moves a project: lease language, drawings, bid traps, the questions worth asking before ink dries.
